We’re looking for three great people to join our team.

 

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – FRONT DESK (all locations)

We require an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional service skills, have a professional and personable telephone manner and have the capacity to work evenings and weekends. Experience with Best Practice and Pracsoft is desirable. We provide family friendly flexible working hours.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE – CALL CENTRE (South Hobart)

At GPP we have a strong commitment to best patient outcomes, to facilitate this we operate a call centre to ensure phone calls are answered promptly which results in quieter waiting rooms where our front desk receptionists can be more focused on patient care.

We require an experienced Customer Service Officer to work in our call centre. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional service skills, have a professional and personable telephone manner. Experience with Best Practice and Pracsoft is desirable.

 

PRACTICE SUPPORT / ADMIN ASSISTANT (South Hobart)
Due to our continued growth we are keen to engage an exceptionally talented and motivated Practice Support / Admin Assistant in a full-time position. You will work in a fast paced environment and have experience in the implementation of process and protocol to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Ideally, you will have exposure to change management and bring a strong and positive focus to our team.

You will have exceptional communication skills, be able to problem solve and be an organised individual. You will have well developed computer skills and any prior experience with Best Practice and Pracsoft practice management software will be well regarded.

We require an individual with previous medical practice experience and general book keeping skills will be an advantage. The role’s primary objective is to provide high level, efficient administrative support and contribute towards the effective operation of the business.
